A Non-Governmental Social Welfare Organization established on 11th May 1985 in the name and style of DEENBANDHU SEVA MANDAL, in village Bharnal P.O Dhalwan Tehsil Sarkaghat District Mandi (H.P). with the aims and objectives to render social services to the needy section of society, who are deprived of their legitimate right and victim of various social evils.
